Don't include any of this stuff in your emails:
Every email needs an unsubscribe button or link - it's the law! Our templates already have this built in, but if you removed it or created your own template from scratch, check out this guide to add it back.
Send emails from your business domain (like [email protected]), not Gmail or Yahoo. This is required if you're emailing more than 100 people. For smaller lists, you can use regular email addresses, but your emails will perform much better with a business domain.

Don't buy email lists or scrape addresses from websites - that's a big no-no! When you upload a new contact list, we'll ask you where you got those email addresses. Just reply honestly and tell us how you collected them.
You can only email people who specifically agreed to receive emails from YOU.
