¶ Contact Balance
Contact balance is the number of addresses you can send emails to during the paid period. The limit is set by your selected plan.
¶ Contact Balance Features
- Unified logic for all plans. The rules are the same for Free and paid plans.
- Paid period. While the paid period is active, you can send emails to any contacts within the limit.
- Update after renewal. When you renew your plan, the limit is updated. For example, when paying for 1000 contacts, you again get the ability to send to any 1000 addresses, regardless of previous sends.
¶ Example
If the subscription period runs from April 10 to May 10 and you've selected a plan for 1000 contacts, then during this month you can choose any 1000 addresses. After renewing the period, the limit resets, and you can again send to any thousand contacts.
