- Unavailable — contact is unavailable at this moment, this is a temporary state
- Does not exist — mailbox does not exist, so delivery is not possible, this is a permanent state
- Full — contact cannot receive the email because their mailbox is full

- Unsubscribed — contact unsubscribed from receiving campaigns via a link in an email

¶ What's the Difference Between "Unavailable" and "Does not exist"?
- Unavailable — temporary status that means it's currently not possible to deliver the email to the specified address. This can happen, for example, due to temporary problems on the recipient's email server side. This state is temporary: after some time, when problems are resolved, sending to this address may become possible again.
- Does not exist — permanent status that means the mailbox or specified email address does not exist or has been deactivated due to inactivity. Delivery to this address is not possible, as it was either entered incorrectly, deleted, never existed, or was disabled due to prolonged lack of activity. Emails to this address will not be delivered in the future, and it will remain unavailable for sends.
You can view these statuses in in progress and completed campaigns, in the "Recipient List" section, "State" column.
